研究生院简介
清华大学深圳国际研究生院是在国家深化高等教育改革和推进粤港澳大湾区建设的时代背景下，由清华大学与深圳市合作共建的公立研究生教育机构，优先布局清华大学一流的工科学科并辅以创新管理，围绕材料科学、信息科技、医药健康、海洋工程、未来人居、环境生态和创新管理，形成“6+1”个主题领域。
2019年3月29日，清华大学深圳国际研究生院正式揭牌。目前在校生人数4677人，专职教师人数210余人，校园占地面积50公顷。2025年，拟初步建成一支世界一流的国际化教师队伍，其中核心教研岗位教师约250人，海外教师人数力争达到约1/5。全日制在校研究生达5000人，其中博士研究生约2000人，10%海外学生。2030年，建立起一支完整覆盖6+1学科群的全职教师队伍。全日制在校生规模达到8000人。建立全球合作伙伴体系，不断推动高等教育创新要素聚集，服务深圳市、粤港澳大湾区、中国、区域乃至全球的可持续发展。
导师简介
郭宇韬博士在清华大学土木工程系先后取得学士、博士学位（导师：中国工程院院士聂建国教授），曾在英国帝国理工学院开展博士后研究（导师：英国皇家工程院院士Prof Ahmed Elghazouli），现任清华大学深圳国际研究生院海洋工程研究院助理教授/特别研究员/博导，已发表结构领域顶级期刊、会议等20余篇论文。研究兴趣包括：钢-混凝土组合结构、组合隧道与桥梁、组合支护、绿色材料、建筑修复与加固、高性能计算与智能设计等。

申请条件
1. 年龄35岁以下，获得博士学位3年以内；
2. 从事土木工程相关的研究或工作，优先考虑有结构分析、数值计算、算法开发等研究或实践背景者，以及人工智能等可能存在的交叉合作背景者；
3. 具有较强的技术水平，有较好的独立工作能力、自我驱动能力、书面及口头英语能力。
福利待遇
学校和深圳市将为博士后人员提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇。根据资历和个人学术情况，薪酬为30~50万元，由以下几个部分构成：
1、深圳市财政生活补贴18万元/年（免税，2年，具体发放以深圳市最新政策为准）；
2、清华大学博士后基本工资12万元/年，本人和配偶无房且未享受公租房的可享受2800元/月的租房补贴（以学校最新政策为准）；
3、学校提供两年共计2万元的科研补助支持博士后开展各类科助和学术活动；
4、按照相关规定参加社会保险及住房公积金，本人、配偶及未成年子女可申请深圳户口；出站后留深工作的，符合条件者可申请30万元的留深科研资助（以深圳市最新政策为准）；
5、在站期间可按照相关规定，申请国家、省、市类科研项目等；
6、课题组每月科研补助。

PI Information
Dr Yutao Guo obtained his PhD degree in Tsinghua Univ. under the supervision of Prof. J.G. Nie (Chinese Academy of Engineering), and has a postdoc period in Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof A.Y. Elghazouli (Royal Academy of Engineering). Guo is now an assistant professor/PhD supervisor/special researcher in IOE Tsinghua SIGS, with more than 20 publications in top journals or conferences and more than 10 main involvements in practical projects. The research interests include: steel-concrete composite structures, tunnels & bridges, underground structures, green materials, repairing & strengthening, computational methods, AI-aided design, etc.

Requirements
1. Under the age of 35, obtained the PhD degree within 3 years;
2. Research experiences related to civil engineering, backgrounds of structural analysis, numerical models, computational methods are preferred, or possible interdisciplinary collaborations e.g. AI.
3. Good technical capabilities, self-motivated, and can lead independent research.
Salary & Benefits
1. Competitive salary with an annual income between 300k-500k RMB, including the municipal allowance, base salary, research subsidy, accommodation subsidy, etc. (according to latest policies);
2. Good research funds and conditions, and the postdoc could lead to apply for China Postdoc Funds, Natural Science Funds, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Science Funds, etc.
