李漫洁，清华大学深圳国际研究生院海洋工程研究院特别研究员、助理教授、博士生导师。研究领域为环境水力学，主要研究内容包括：饮用水的化学和微生物水质稳定性、输水管道的腐蚀和生物入侵、流域水环境污染评估分析等。在业内顶尖期刊Water Research、Environmental Pollution等发表论文多篇，授权实用新型专利一项，主持国家自然科学基金等科研项目，研究成果在供水行业、水环境保护中得到良好应用。
Dr. Manjie Li is currently an Assistant Professor at Institute for Ocean Engineering, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. Her research area is environmental & ecological hydraulics, with high research interests in (a) chemical & microbiological stability of drinking water quality, (b) pipe corrosion & invasion in distribution systems, and © assessment of water environment & pollution. Dr. Li has published multiple papers in high-impact peer-reviewed journals such as Water Research, Environmental Pollution, etc. She has contributed to research supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Science and Technology P.R. China, etc.
福利待遇：
Remuneration:
1、参照清华大学深圳国际研究生院及深圳市相关条例享受工资和住房待遇；
Compliance with related regulations by TSIGS and Shenzhen government.
2、博士后在站期间基本年薪为12万元，并按照相关规定参加社会保险及住房公积金，开题和中期考核合格者，可获得深圳市生活补贴18万元/年(免税，资助期限不超过2年)，在深圳市无房的博士后可享受2800元/月的租房补贴；
An annual salary of RMB 120,000 (before tax), a rental subsidy of RMB 2,800 per month (before tax), and a living subsidy of RMB 180,000 per year (tax-free) after assessment.
3、在站期间，获得清华大学“水木学者”的博士后，可额外获得6万元/年的资助；
An extra subsidy of RMB 60,000 per year if selected for “Shuimu Tsinghua Scholar Program”.
4、进站后，本人、配偶及未成年子女可申请深圳户口，落户后即可申请深圳市一次性3万元的落户补贴(以深圳市最新人才政策为准)；
5、在站期间可按照相关规定，申请中国博士后科学基金和国家、省、市其他科研项目；
6、博士后出站选择留深从事科研工作，且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的，可申请深圳市出站博士后留深科研资助，10万元/年，共资助3年)；
博士后如认定为深圳市高层次人才的，可按规定申请人才奖励补贴(以深圳市最新人才政策为准)。

1、围绕课题组的主要研究方向，与合作导师共同选定研究课题、制定研究计划，相对独立开展研究工作并发表高水平学术论文；
Conducting research in related areas and publishing papers in high-impact journals.
2、以负责人身份积极申请博士后可以承担的国家、省、市级科研项目；
Appling for research projects as a principal investigator.
3、协助课题组经费申请，协助开展现有科研项目研究；
Assistance in project proposals and on-going research.
4、协助课题组的建设和管理，协助指导相关方向的硕士和博士研究生。
Assistance in master’s & PhD advising.
任职要求：
Qualifications:
1、水利、环境、海洋、生态等相关专业或研究方向；
An earned PhD degree in related areas, such as hydraulics, environment, oceanology, and ecology.
2、已获得或即将获得博士学位，年龄一般在35周岁以下；
PhD degree obtained within the past 3 years, and age under 35.
3、责任心强，科学态度严谨，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
A strong sense of responsibility and competence of collaboration.
4、理论基础扎实，动手实践能力强，能独立开展研究工作；
Capability of research work with sufficient theoretical and experimental bases.
5、英语读写和交流能力良好；
Excellent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
6、有相关的课题研究经历者优先；
Involvement in research projects with related areas will be valued.
7、符合国家博管办、博士后流动站的其他相关要求。
